Getting started
Do I need to know code?
No. You edit your website on the page itself: click text to change it, drag sections to move them, pick photos from your library.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card is needed. It includes one website with up to five pages on a web.zointy.com address.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and above. Add the domain you own, add two DNS records at your registrar and we do the rest, including HTTPS.
Will my website work on phones?
Every section and template is built for phones first, and you can preview and adjust how each page looks on phone, tablet and desktop.
Can someone else help me edit?
Invite people with a role on each website: Editor, Designer, Author or Viewer. They get only the access their role allows.
Where are websites hosted?
On Zointy Web’s own servers, with HTTPS, daily backups and a copy of every published version.

Plans and billing
How do I pay?
By UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Add your GSTIN in billing settings to claim input tax credit.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply at once and the difference is worked out to the day.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry and email you. Your site keeps running for a grace period, so you have time to update the payment.
Is there a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment for a plan. The refund policy has the details.

The editor
What is the difference between section mode and advanced design?
Section mode stacks ready-made sections with simple fields. Advanced design opens the same page in a free-layout editor with columns, layers and per-device styles.
Is my work saved automatically?
Yes, every few seconds while you edit. Each publish is also kept as a version you can restore.
Can I add my own HTML?
On Starter and above, the Custom HTML section accepts safe HTML. Scripts are removed; tracking codes are added through Integrations instead.

The AI builder
Does the AI publish anything by itself?
Never. It creates drafts. You review and edit them, and only you can publish.
What are AI credits?
Each AI action uses credits; a full website draft uses more than a headline. Every plan includes monthly credits and you can buy more.
Is my business description used to train AI?
We send your prompt to our AI provider only to generate your draft, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training.

Do I have to buy a domain from you?
No. Use a domain from any registrar. You keep it in your own account there.
How long does connecting a domain take?
Usually a few minutes after you add the DNS records; sometimes a few hours while DNS updates around the world.
Is HTTPS included?
Yes, on every address, at no extra cost.
Can I connect more than one domain?
Yes, within your plan’s limit. Choose one as the main address and the others redirect to it.
