When Zointy Web refunds subscription payments, how to ask for a refund and how long it takes.

Try before you pay
The Free plan has no time limit, and paid plans start with a free trial where the pricing page shows one, so you can check that Zointy Web suits you before paying.
First payment
If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals are not refunded, except a yearly renewal cancelled within 7 days, which we refund for the unused months.
Not refundable
AI credit packs that have been used, and accounts suspended for breaking the Terms and Conditions.
How to ask
Write to support@web.zointy.com from your account email with the invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days, and you receive a GST credit note.
